Shipping Details
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email from us. This would be subject to order volumes and stock availability at the time of order. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped which would indicate your parcel tracking number.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard shipping rate of $25 (excl. GST) would apply for orders under $250, applied at checkout. Special promotional offers will be announced from time to time when available.
Bulk items (categorised) would attract additional freight charges, applied at checkout.
Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times
We will use different freight options from time to time.
Estimated delivery times by the freight companies may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and we do not accept liability for late deliveries.
Track You Order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it’s status. Please allow a reasonable time for the tracking information to become available on the respective courier website.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at veos@outlook.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
International Shipping
We only ship within Australia.
